Example 1: A recent client came from the UAE and was looking for an apartment in central London. He had limited time and not much local market knowledge. We showed him several of our developments that matched his needs and found him the perfect property.

Example 2: London based couple with a limited budget, were looking to invest in an overseas holiday home. We showed them three holiday resort developments in France, Greece and Florida. They chose to buy in the fully managed Halcyon Retreat Resort in France. Allowing them to enjoy the resort, a regular income and a guaranteed appreciation on their investment.

Example 3: A couple working in London were looking to buy a new off-plan apartment in London. As independent estate agents we were able to show them several developments that met with their requirements and budget, from which they proceeded with a 2-bedroom apartment in our Camberwell development.
